I brought my VW Atlas to Westside Volkswagen for service. Paul R, my service advisor, was great. He explained all of the service work and gave me a Quality Vehicle Inspection report that was free and very thorough. The customer waiting area is very comfortable. Paul and the team at Westside provided 5 star service. I will definitely chose Westside VW again for future service!
Colton Bryant was super helpful in answering all my questions. Plus, he spent a lot of time finding us the right vehicle given our needs. I never felt he was pushing anything and I respect that approach.
I had a good experience buying my Buick here. Vad was helpful and wasn’t pushy, which I really appreciated. I had looked at cars at a few different dealerships, but I liked the Buick at Luther Westside the best. Overall, the process was easy and I’m happy with my purchase!

I think this is my 5th car that I have purchased from Maura - she never disappoints. Always straight to the point, knowledgable, and never comes off as pushy which I appreciate.
Maura was an excellent salesperson, professional, knowledgeable and no pressure. I had looked at the ID Buzz a few weeks earlier, but did not pursue it. Brian was easy to communicate with and made my buying experience headache free and smooth. I was in a hard spot having just purchased an expensive new vehicle from a different WI dealership only to find that I could not see well and feel confident driving the vehicle safely. Brian was empathetic and helped me get the model of vehicle I had previously with low miles. Trading a new vehicle in for a used one is a horrible way to lose money. Brian helped me quickly put my world right. The car looked like new and was exactly as advertised.

Michael was great very friendly. Service was prompt. However I reported a screw that keeps loosening in my passenger door. The door will not close if it's slightly out. We are always tightening it. I was told they would order a part and I have not received an update. Also on 2 previous service appointments I pointed out a flaw on the chrome of my back bumper. Hunter, Jeremy, and Emily were fantastic in our new car purchase and trade in. They worked find an acceptable price, really valued our trade, and accommodated all of our requests (wheel swap, splash guards, swag) and even went above and beyond. They really made us feel valued. It was a quick and smooth process. First time buying a car here but long relationship through service. Will definitely be stopping by going forward for future VW needs.
