Had a really good experience working with Hunter Ellis at Luther Westside Volkswagen. He was super easy to work with—attentive the whole time but never pushy, which I really appreciated. He answered all my questions, walked me through the options, and let me take my time without any pressure. It made the whole process feel a lot more relaxed than typical car buying. Awesome dealership. Honestly when I came around the bend off of 394 onto 100, I wasn't expecting much. I thought it was going to be a tiny dealership with not much inventory. WRONG. This place is AWESOME! Lots of vehicles, lots of options of every model new and used, and lots of used models of other manufacturer cars too. Fantastic inventory, and even better staff. Very disappointing experience. They took my credit card information for a deposit on a car and, with the dealership’s approval, I paid for a pre-purchase inspection, but the dealership sold the car anyway. After that, Marissa and her manager, Jeremiah, stopped responding to my texts.

I had a fabulous experience with Brandon Emmons I was messaging long distance for 6+ months before we made our VW Buzz purchase. Brandon was always very prompt with my numerous questions and very knowledgeable. The day we drove 5 hours to pick up our buzz he was extremely patient and on top of his game.

Wow. If you need service, Bryce is the guy! I bought a used VW and needed another kept fob. He had me in and out in 30 min and explained once the key fob get here just make an hour appointment to get the programmed and you are set! The Best service and knowledge. Also noted he has been with VW since 2004 so he seemed to know anything service related. Excellent resource.
I had a really great service experience here. I purchase my Tiguan just a few months ago and then I had an issue with a parking sensor. They go my sensor replaced and everything is running great again.

I worked with Tim on a few repairs for my car. He did a great job solving my initial issue and then determining that my car needed some additional attention. He put together a plan and a way to follow-up that was super easy. Just had the work completed under warranty and it's always nice to go home with a freshly washed vehicle. First-class operation from start to finish.
Brian was personable and knowledgeable, both about the specific car i was looking at and the rest of the dealerships stock. He even went so far as to get a car from another Luther location just for me to look at with no guarantee of a sale.

Bobby was fantastic. I was impressed by how well he knew the Ioniq 5 that we bought. Since it's not a VW, he doesn't deal with that car on a regular basis. He was also very straightforward, listened to our questions as he told us a lot about the car.

They treated my elderly lady, my 2013 Jetta, with care for its 120k service on 2/21/26. My service advisor Richard was friendly, clear/communicative, and efficient. The service video that their technicians do during the appointment and sent to you while you wait to show you what's going on is pretty slick! The next best thing to standing over their shoulder 🙂 I initially leased my Jetta in 2013 and then bought it in 2016, and have had it serviced here since the beginning. Their appointment scheduling is a breeze. There are many reasons I continue to choose coming to this location!

First time back at this service since my Jetta I own a long time ago, and I just bought this car and is my first oil change. The advisor were great. but when I get into my car I found my steering wheel have oily spots everywhere, and later discover but bottom of it have scratches on it.. little nervous how people treat my car now the next time I bring it in for something.
