If you’re having guests over for Halloween, you’ve probably already gathered everything you think you need. However, we’ve compiled a list of last-minute finishing touches to take your party to the next level!
Spider Ice Cubes
Fill up some ice trays with water and drop in some plastic spiders. This will probably work best if you mix in the spider ice cubes with a bag of ice so it’s especially fun when someone finds a spider in their drink!
Candles in Candy Corn
Candy corn is cheap and you’ve probably already got a huge bag of it for your party for snacking on. Take some of those sweet triangles and put them around the bottom of a dish with candles for a fun touch.
Blood-Stained Towel for the Bathroom
If you don’t want to ruin your favorite white towel, pick up an inexpensive one and some fake blood. Make some hand prints and splatters with the fake blood and display it proudly. Be creative with it!
Mummy Door
Grab some white streamers, 2 pieces of printer paper, a piece of black construction paper and some double sided tape. Wrap your door in the streamers using double sided tape, making sure to mix up the direction of the streamers and overlap them until the door has been sufficiently mummified. Tear off the excess from the side of the door and tape it down with some packing tape or whatever you’re comfortable sticking to the inside of your front door.
Cut out 2 big circles from the printer paper and some smaller circles out of the construction paper. Tuck the eyes into the streamers and tape them down.
Candy-Filled Hand Party Favors
For an easy and creative party favor, fill some surgical gloves with candy, tie them closed and top them off with a spider ring!
